While I was writing this question, I thought that CCLocalLevels.dat might be the local levels. i just got a new pc, and geometry dash was working fine until I installed Mega Hack V6. It wouldnt open no matter what I did. All you need to do it delete your cc files which can be found be going to this pc > user > your user > appdata > local > geometry dash. Just scroll all the way down until you find 4 cc files.
